About Futuremark Benchmark Results Certification

Futuremark offers to certify performance scores obtained with its handheld benchmarks. Results certification is required for all non-Futuremark compiled versions of Futuremark benchmarks prior to publishing any performance information to the general public or to other companies.

Results certification is optional, but highly recommended, also for all Futuremark compiled versions of benchmarks.

The only way for you to know whether a result is objectively comparable to other results, is to ensure that no benchmark-specific optimizations have been made that could render the result invalid for direct comparison to other results.

Futuremark has robust process and tools for the results certification. We have 8 years experience in ensuring objective performance comparisons and we know how important it is to be able to trust the data that you use to make important decisions. That is why we recommend that you always require certified results from your suppliers.
