

MSI / AMD Lightning Overclocking Contest 2010 challenges contestants to get the highest score using an MSI R5870 Lightning graphics card. The contest also features a weekly Precision Challenge where contestants must hit exactly a weekly changing target score using any ATI Radeon HD 4000 or 5000 series graphics card. Nick Shih breaks former record to win The R5870 Lightning challenge!In an extremely close contest, Nick Shih came out on top with the highest 3DMark Vantage score ever achieved with a single copy of a single chip graphics card proving that MSI's R5870 Lightning is currently the fastest single-chip card in the world. The new single-card, single-GPU 3DMark Vantage record now stands at P28749 3DMarks. In second place was Andre Yang with a score of P28677 3DMarks, just 72 points behind Nick. Third place prize goes to K|NGP|N with a score of P27760.
