GameSpy has thrown up a preview on Frog City Software's upcoming strategy title, Tropico 2: Pirate Cove. Here's a clipping:

The premise has the player's pirate escaping from servitude and deciding to become a pirate. Spieth said the idea was based on the film "Captain Blood." The campaign game takes the player from a young pirate to age 85 utilizing 15 missions or "episodes," the first being as basic as supplying your pirates with beer. Each mission gets progressively harder as the player gets more adept at handling island management.
