Thanks to Futurelooks.com for sending word that they have kicked up a review on Maxis' strategy title, SimCity 4. With a final score of 9/10, this could be on the check out. Snip:

Their enhanced zooming feature is astonishing. They have 5 levels of zoom. The furthest one away shows the whole area for your city and is up past the clouds. All you hear is the wind blow. The closest zoom shows the fine detail that Maxis has incorporated into the game. From the Sims walking around on the sidewalks with their shadows, to the small mail boxes and street signs. You can also see kids playing in the playgrounds of the parks and sliding down slides in their own backyards. Various fauna can also be seen at times, from a circling hawk to wild horses off in the wilderness.
