I've noticed that many hardware sites only review high-end cases, so its refreshing when a mid-level case makes it into the fray. The Tech Lounge has just taken a look at the reasonably affordable Lian-Li PC-A05.
Lets see what they had to say:
What's important to most buyers? The bottom line is usually cost. The PC-A05 clocks in right around $100 and proves itself an exceptional value compared to any other case in the price range. This puts it well below the cost of the high-end Lian-Li cases, but still includes some of the features of its bigger brothers.
Overall, the case worked almost exactly as I anticipated. It took some juggling, but everything did eventually fit into place and most of my concerns were minor.
I like this case. Its understated, well thought out, pretty compact for an ATX format, and it doesnt cost a fortune. Its nice to see Lian-Li bring its legendary quality to a lower price point.
