Zalman is a company that built its reputation around high-quality aluminium cases, and it’s a tradition that continues today. ProClockers has posted a review of the high-end Zalman Z-Machine GT1000 gaming case.

Here’s what they had to say:

“I was a pretty big fan of the Fatality case but this one makes me a huge fan. The elimination of all the written advertising and most of the written warning labels is a huge plus. Granted, the GT100 does have some verbiage on it but nowhere near the levels of its' older brother. The construction and material used to put this case together is still top notch. Zalman did not hesitate to give the customer great quality.”


This looks like a solid case that should appeal to the gaming crowd. However, I suspect that the front LED fans would become extremely bothersome for anyone that has the case on top of their desk. Also, the high price is a concern, but since this case is targeted at a very specific market, it’s not entirely surprising.
