As I have mentioned in the past, the heatpipe tower has become the default design for all new heatsinks. Therefore, it has become increasingly difficult to differentiate between the various coolers. DragonSteelMods has posted a review of the Coolink Silentator, which as the name implies, was designed to be extremely silent.

Here’s what they had to say:

“The Coolink Silentator will be remaining in my system, I'm very happy with it's performance and silence.

The Silentator is an excellent choice for those that want a quiet system but yet don't want to sacrifice cooling efficiency to get it.

It is extremely well made, as are all Coolink products from my experience, the Silentator is sturdy, reliable and quiet offering us the best of pretty much everything, the silence, performance and quality that we desire...”

While this heatsink was designed for pure silence, it also offers excellent performance. As this review demonstrated, it can easily rival one of the best coolers on the market. Sadly, North Americans are out of luck, as Coolink has no Canadian or American distributors at the moment.
