OverClock Intelligence Agency has posted a review of the Zalman CNPS8700 NT CPU cooler.
Heres what they had to say:
Zalman pretty much thought of everything with the CNPS8700 NT. Its stylish looks, small form-factor, and absolute silence hardly affect its performance, which keeps up with some of the best products out there. There are very few negative things I can think of to say about the CNPS8700. The first is that, although they advertise cooling for surrounding components, it's not so wide that it could have any noticeable effect on things like RAM or the Northbridge. The only other thing I can think of is the 110mm fan. If you want to change the fan with something more powerful, or don't like the intense LED, 110mm is a very awkward size that would be hard to replace. Otherwise, though, I can only rave about this product.
Although this is not the highest performing heatsink available, its low profile and quiet operation makes it ideal for numerous applications. There is also no denying that its a good looking cooler, and the included LED is a nice bonus.
