CCE Reviews and TechwareLabs have reviewed the Eagle Arion 2.1 soundstage speaker system.
Here's what they had to say:
- CCE Reviews:
"Eagle Computers may not be the most well known name, but the ET-AR504LR-BK Soundstage Speakers with Subwoofer certainly have a lot to offer. You can expect excellent sound from these speakers whether you are listening to music, watching a movie or playing your favorite games. They have excellent range, you get a wireless remote and a built in equalizer display. The wood cabinets give it a more natural sound than you get with the typical plastic materials used.
As much as I really enjoyed the sound of the ET-AR504LR-BK Soundstages, there are few things that bring them back down a bit. The wires on the satellites are a bit short, so a larger desk may pose an issue unless you have some RCA extensions. Also the lack of a volume knob on the satellites makes them a little less PC friendly."

- TechwareLabs:
"In the end, Eagle Tech has delivered us something of a mixed bag. These speakers look great, and can be made to sound wonderful, if youre not a bass-a-holic. Getting them situated and set-up, however, can be a chore. As much as Id like to bash them more these are still the best damn $50 speakers Ive ever heard. Theres better to be had if you can spare the cash, naturally, but youd have to spend over $100 to find a serious improvement in sound quality. If your aim is to replace the discourtesy speakers that came with your Dell without breaking the bank, these will certainly be a satisfying step up."
