Modders-Inc and techPowerUp have posted a review of the unique G.Skill ECO DDR3-1600 4GB memory kit, which features 7-8-7 timings at an extraordinarily low 1.35V.
Let's see what they had to say:
"At first you might think that the ECO stands for economy, but what it really stands for is that the memory is ECO Friendly. Most of the current DDR3 memory sold today run at a voltage setting of 1.65. The G.Skill Memory modules are designed to use less voltage, 1.35 which is 18% VDIMM. The lower voltage helps decease a systems operating temperature plus resulting in improved stability of the system."

"Even though it lacks good voltage scaling, the bump in maximum speed with each adjustement in latency is there and the memory even runs at 2000 MHz at CL9 with 1.5 V, still below the mainstream kits at these settings which require 1.65 V. That said, the G.Skill ECO 1600 MHz CL7-8-7 1.35V are perfect for those focusing on that last number and not being concerned with pushing it higher. But, at this price point, it may even be a great option for everyone else as well."

Considering the fact this kit only carries a $5-10 premium over other higher voltage kits with identical DDR3 speeds & timings, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
