Hardware Secrets have posted a review of the Zalman CNPS8000A, a low profile CPU cooler.
Here's what they had to say:
"he CNPS800A is not a top performer, but it has a simple installation, reasonable noise level, being a relatively inexpensive cooler for someone who needs to replace the stock cooler with something with better performance. Because of that, it receives the Hardware Secrets Bronze Award."
This particular cooler doesn't perform well, is not particularly quiet, and it's fairly expensive at $50. For the same price you can buy the Prolimatech Samuel 17, which is miles ahead in every respect.
