Funky Kit, PureOverclock, Rbmods, and TestFreaks have reviewed the Evercool Transformer 4 CPU cooler, which features two 120mm fans.
Let's see what they had to say:
- Funky Kit:
"You can pick up one of these CPU coolers fairly cheap. Costing around USD $45.00 (GBP 30), it's affordable and gives the best value in terms of cooling performance/price. The Evercool name isn't really a fancy sought after brand ... but if its cooling performance you're after, then the Transformer 4 could be your answer. It's a no frills CPU cooler that offers decent cooling performance. It produces respectable temperature readings during our full load tests, and it can handle our overclocking tests with no problems at all."

- PureOverclock:
"Aesthetics aside, the unit performs well for a mid-priced air cooling coming in at $55. Compared to the competition at the same level, it still ranks in the middle of the pack but better than its predecessor. As we increased the voltage, the unit did struggle a bit at high overclocks but remember, top performing units can sometimes run almost twice the price. The spacing in the fins definitely holds the T4+ back. Remember, the i7 930 is a heat producer so it will handle 32nm Sandy Bridge with lower temperatures."

- Rbmods:
"With the fans at maximum speed most people will find it very noisy. The noise level is declared under 17 dBA, however this can be achieved only at default CPU speed where it performs lower. At high CPU speed is where the Transformer 4 excels and most of us intend to use it. So overclockers and high TDP cpu users please enjoy your transformation!"

- TestFreaks:
"The Evercool Transformer might be a large cooler, but that size helps it perform very well. It performs just as good as the Noctua I was using previously and its virtually silent.
There are a few small issues with the installation process like the instructions arent exactly clear, but you can figure it out.
The size of the cooler though will not allow for ram with larger than normal heatsinks sadly."
