NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690 Graphics Card Preview

At this years NVIDIA Gaming Festival NVIDIA’s CEO Jen-Hsun Huang announced their latest ultra-premium video card: the GeForce GTX 690. This powerful new dual GPU card has melded a pair of fully enabled GK104 GPUs on to one PCB and is expected to not only be the most powerful graphics card ever made but also the most expensive. The GTX 690’s official launch date is Thursday April 3rd, 2012.

Considering how insanely impressive the GeForce GTX 680 is, having two of them on one board should prove to be an awfully potent combination. We just shudder at how expensive it is going to be.
