Moving right along, PC.IGN has kicked up a brief preview on Gas Powered Games' upcoming Strategy title, Supreme Commander. They look at the map sizes, unit caps and more! Here's some lovin':

The maps in Commander are huge, and it can take a while for units to make it from one area to another. To help in your planning, after you give a unit an order to move out its ETA will appear showing the exact amount of time it will take to arrive at its destination in minutes and seconds. You can turn your attention to other matters and keep your eye on the ETA timer as the unit moves out. Since you can zoom out to such a great distance, it's likely it could take several minutes for a unit to move a centimeter on the screen.
