MumboJumbo Acquires Ritual

Here's an interesting bit of industry news. The folks over at MumboJumbo have issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Ritual Entertainment, the guys behind SiN, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and more! Here's a snippet:

In addition to the strategic importance of the deal, which strengthens MumboJumbo’s™ ability to deliver the best games to the casual gaming audience, the acquisition further solidifies the company’s presence as one of the largest casual game studios in the industry.

So I guess this means Ritual will become a casual game developer now?
