Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P Motherboard Reviews
Hardware Logic and
Virtual-Hideout have posted reviews of the Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P motherboard, which is based on the Intel P35 chipset.
Here’s what they had to say:
- Hardware Logic:
“When Gigabyte put together the EP35 series of boards, they looked at reduced power draw, increased performance and plenty of options for whatever build you may be looking for. Whether it is a ATI Crossfire based setup or a budget gaming system, the EP35 series from Gigabyte should have enough to please almost any system builder out there and still have enough capabilities for next gen LGA775 processors.”

- Virtual-Hideout:
“The Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P Motherboard is an aggressive, extreme, yet efficient platform. It's a shock to see this board do so well and do it even better at more extreme frequencies. It's more affordable than most P35 overclocking motherboards and has plenty of the top end features a power user could want. There is a large void out there for energy conscious users who still want real power. This is absolutely the best choice for those on a budget who didn't think they could afford extreme performance.”

This is another in a long line of terrific Gigabyte motherboards. The GA-EP35-DS3P has an abundance of connectivity features, a good cooling system, excellent overclocking potential, and fully functional CrossFireX support, which is a rarity with P35-based motherboards. The innovative Dynamic Energy Saver technology makes this an excellent choice for an HTPC, or simply for anyone who cares about saving energy.
