Thermaltake Armor+ MX Case Review

Mon 2008-07-07 - Posted by Patrick "MACMAC" MacMillan
ThinkComputers has posted a review of the mid-tower Thermaltake Armor+ MX case.

Let’s see what they had to say:

“The compact design, excellent cooling system, and cable management opportunities of the Thermaltake Armor+ MX VH8000BWS make it a must have for someone looking for a smaller mid-tower case. There are plenty of models, both mid and full towers, of the Thermaltake Armor+ MX that you should easily find a case that would suit you best. I found the VH8000BWS for around $135 at an online retailer so it's somewhat higher in the price range without a power supply, but its well worth it. ThinkComputers would gives the Thermaltake Armor+ MX VH8000BWS mid Tower Case a 9 out of 10 score.”

The Armor+ MX has a good user-friendly design and top-notch cooling capabilities. However, in my opinion, it simply does not exude the same level of quality as the similarly-priced Antec P182. In particular, the plasticky top section serves to cheapen the overall aesthetics of the case.
