OCZ Dominatrix & Logitech G9 Gaming Mice Reviews
Hardware Secrets, I4U,
NGOHQ have reviewed the OCZ Dominatrix and Logitech G9 gaming mice.
Here’s what they had to say:
- Hardware Secrets: OCZ Dominatrix Gaming Mouse Review:
“At the default resolution of 1,600 dpi, the Dominatrix proved itself to be one of the most precise and comfortable mice we’ve tested so far. It responded quickly to our on-the-fly aim adjustments: we left a trail of dead virtual bodies in our wake. The rubber grip felt secure and sweat-free after hours of intense gaming. The big body wasn’t an issue because the Dominatrix felt light and agile despite its size – and we could always adjust the center of gravity. However if you’d like a smaller and more portable mouse, and table space is an issue with you, you may not like the Dominatrix. The device follows the black/blue/light themes en vogue in the market and it’s a nice fit for the OCZ Elixir gaming keyboard or the Tarantula keyboard from Razer.”

- I4U: OCZ Dominatrix Laser Gaming Mouse Review:
“The mouse layout is very good and it feels comfortable in the hand. The blue areas on the side of the mouse are a grippy material that makes holding the mouse easy. Buttons for changing the DPI setting and memory are located just below the scroll wheel and are easy to reach. As you change sensitivity settings, the scroll wheel changes colors to show what level you are using. The design of the mouse is ergonomic and mode for right hand use.
Perhaps the best feature of the OCZ Dominatrix is its price of around $40. That makes the mouse in the area of $30 cheaper than similar products like the Logitech G9. If you are looking for a quality gaming mouse on a budget, the OCZ Dominatrix is one of the best budget gaming mice around.”

- NGOHQ:
Logitech G9 Mouse Review:
“Hopefully the information we have provided will help users answer any questions they had about the G9 if they are contemplating the purchase of a new high quality mouse. In closing the G9 is a very good and accurate mouse for a variety of functions, gaming and graphic editing come to mind for sure. One major drawback with the G9 is price. Even though this product has been on the market for quite some time now it still retails for roughly $90.”

Both of these are decent mice, but personally, I’m still partial towards the venerable Logitech MX518, check it yourself.
