OCZ Gladiator MAX CPU Cooler Review

Frostytech have just posted a review of the recently announced OCZ Gladiator MAX CPU Cooler. Is it any good? Let’s find out!

Here’s what they had to say:

“In both groups of tests the OCZ Gladiator Max heatsink performed very well, particularly for the low amount of noise generated. The difference between the Gladiator Max and the best heatsink was only about 4 degrees, and within that span there are only five heatsinks with similarly quiet operational characteristics.So there you have it, the OCZ Gladiator Max heatsink is a good lower noise cooler for both Intel and AMD platforms.”

It looks like OCZ has a good little CPU cooler on their hands, however it faces some extreme competition and I’m not sure how it will distinguish itself with a $45-55 price tag.
