AlienBabelTech, Modders-Inc, Rbmods and Tech-Reviews have reviewed the Cooler Master Hyper N520 & Hyper TX3 CPU coolers.
Let's see what they had to say:
- AlienBabelTech: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Review:
"A pleasant surprise, the Hyper TX3 provides exceptionally great value for a budget cooler. Small and affordable, this cooler packs a serious punch is capable of delivering a knockout blow on processor heat. The Hyper TX3 receives my full recommendation."

- Modders-Inc: Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler Review:
"Overall working with the Cooler Master Hyper N520 was very pleasing. Generally when it comes to a "budget" minded product, one starts thinking that corners are cut here and there to save $ on the production of the product. For a whopping $34.99 USD price, the Cooler Master Hyper N520 doesn't disappoint. The Hyper N520 gave us an average 20C lower load temp across the board when compared to the stock Intel cooler. The installation process is simple (does require the board to be removed unless you have an access hole on your motherboard tray) and relatively quick to do. There didn't appear to be any clearance issues on the EVGA X58 motherboard, and in the Cosmos-S chassis. Noise levels where well in the acceptable range."

- Rbmods: Coolermaster Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler Review:
"Priced around 27€, the Hyper TX3 provides nice performance with decent sound levels. While not being the silentest cooler available, it is definately more silent than the Intel stock cooler and has half the price of Noctuas. Temperature levels with our test setup are also better than with Intel stock cooler. I could recommend Hyper TX3 for everyone who is buying a new cooler in sub 30€ pricerange."

- Tech-Reviews: Coolermaster Hyper N520 CPU Cooler Review:
"How to sum up this cooler? I will start with the looks, personally I love this coolers conservative aesthetics and think its just as striking as many of the more elaborate designs on the market today. Next would have to be the performance which is right on par with what can be expected from a cooler of this size and cost. Lastly, the installation, although it was a motherboard removal job it wasn’t too bad really as the cooler has quite a uniform shape its not too fiddly."

After years of producing merely 'ok' CPU coolers, these Hyper models are in fact quite good, providing a solid balance of performance, price and noise.
