Driverheaven have reviewed two new Alienware peripherals, the OptX AW2210 21.5” LCD monitor and TactX gaming headset.

Let's see what they had to say about the headset:

"Alienware has built this headset to deliver the very best gaming experience possible. In the experience of this reviewer, they have delivered that result. The optimizing of the sound field has resulted in a response curve that isn’t ruler flat, but the degree to which they have successfully increased the opportunity of a game player to react within the game environment is impressively apparent.

Movie sound is impressive using this headset for the same reasons it is for gaming. The cues to action, movement, and environmental space within the visual media are enhanced, engaging together and reinforcing one another. "

Both of these new models are high quality and well thoughout products, now the big question is how much are they going to cost?
