Kingwin F-35 HDD Enclosure Reviews
PureOverclock and Virtual-Hideout have reviewed the Kingwin F-35, an external 3.5" SATA HDD enclosure.
Here's what they had to say:
- PureOverclock:
"Priced at just under $28 the F-35 offers aggressive styling, sturdy build quality, twin fan cooling and ease of use in a package that offers great value for your money. The F-35 doesn't have any fancy features, but it is a good all-around enclosure that will get the job done without any hassle. If you’re looking to finally backing up your data with a SATA HD via USB 2.0, the Kingwin F-35 deserves consideration for an affordable alternative."

- Virtual-Hideout:
" I'll keep this conclusion short and sweet; I like it and I can recommend it to those looking for an external hard drive enclosure and like this design. With so many basic hard drive enclosures on the market today, it comes down to design 99% of the time. By the way, the small fan on the side of the F-35 did not light up nor was it noisy.
I'd like to thank Kingwin for sending in another quality product to VH for review. Kingwin has earned a good reputation with us and we hope to see that trend continue in the years to come."

This is not exactly the most aesthetically pleasing external HDD enclosure that I've seen, but I suppose that it may appeal to some.
