3-Way High-End P55 Motherboard Roundup

DriverHeaven have tested and compared three high-end P55 LGA1156 motherboards, the ASUS P7P55D-E Premium, the ASUS Sabretooth 55i, and the Gigabyte GA-P55-UD6.

Here's an excerpt:

"First up is the GA-P55-UD6. We have used Gigabyte’s Ultra Durable series products for some time now and are completely confident about the long term stability and reliability of these motherboards. We have yet to see one fail which is quite an achievement considering the punishment products receive in our labs. The other major benefit of the GA-P55-UD6 is connectivity. Internally we have a memory slot layout which is far more flexible than the competition. Externally we have a huge amount of USB ports as well as dual GB LAN, dual Firewire and 2x eSATA. No-one should run out of ports on this board. The final highlight for this product is the excellent memory and CPU overclocking potential, combined with the right components it is not easy to beat the GA-P55-UD6."

All three of these motherboards are winners, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to those seeking unique, high-end P55 motherboards.
