Thermaltake V3 Mid-Tower Case Reviews
PureOverclock and ThinkComputers have reviewed the Thermaltake V3 Black Edition, a surprisingly affordable (~$40) mid-tower case.
Let's see what they had to say:
- PureOverclock:
"Overall we would say the Thermaltake V3 Black chassis is aimed towards computer enthusiasts on a budget and with the V3 you will have a very attractive and functional case. The black interior is well done but we would like to have seen the optional 120mm fans preinstalled. However, this would have affected the selling price so with Thermaltake leaving that decision to the consumer we could outfit the chassis with fans that will fulfill our needs and budget.
The aesthetics are nice, the features aren’t particularly innovative but are well executed, and while the V3 doesn’t excel in any particular fashion, it is a good case overall and offers very good value for what you get."

- ThinkComputers:
"When it’s all said and done Thermaltake has done a good job with the V3 Black Edition. It is very affordable and I’m not sure where you are going to find another Thermaltake case that’s under $50. Overall ThinkComputers gives the Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Case an 8 out of 10 score and our Good Value Award."

Frankly, this is as good a $40 case as I've ever seen, highly recommended.
