Enermax Platimax 1200W Power Supply Review

techPowerUp have reviewed the new, high-end Enermax Platimax 1200W power supply, which is 80Plus Platinum certified.

Here's what they had to say:

"To sum up, the Platimax 1200W has three aces up its sleeve. It can deliver some of the highest efficiency levels we have ever measured even at 50°C, with the provided cables it can power up to four high-end VGAs and does so without making much noise. The only downsides are the loose voltage regulation at +12V and the stiff price. Two significant factors which cannot spoil the good overall impression that this PSU made here."

This is very clearly an excellent high wattage power supply, it might even be better than the seemingly perfect Corsair AX1200.
