MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) LGA1155 Motherboard Review

Rbmods have reviewed the MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3), an Intel Z68-based LGA1155 motherboard that supports the next-generation PCI-Express 3.0 interface.

Let's see what they had to say:

"This board sells for around 300$ which is way more than a normal consumer would put on a motherboard, overclockers on the other hand might easily end up paying it. It got alot of cool overclocking features and were able to boost our processor quite high with simple tweaks and air cooling.

The board remained stable even during overclocking and it also performed quite well at stock speed by beating the Asus P6T board. I dont think there is much more to say, you get good performance but it comes at a very high price as all ROG boards do."

This is one of the first motherboards to support PCI-E 3.0, so it you want guaranteed support with Intel's upcoming 'Ivy Bridge' 22nm LGA1155 processors, then you should defnitely give this motherboard a look.
