Futuremark is pleased to announce the release of a new version of 3DMarkŪ06 - Build 1.1.0!

Available immediately, this free downloadable software patch provides the only valid version (1.1.0) of 3DMark06. Only scores obtained through the new version 1.1.0 and with approved drivers will be used in official statistics, comparisons and services provided by Futuremark.

Futuremark encourages everyone to download the latest build (1.1.0) to ensure comparable 3DMark06 results. Please check your 3DMark06 version. It can be viewed when starting 3DMark06 in the splash-screen, or from the righ mouse button menu "about".

New feature for the Basic Edition (Free)

3DMark06 Build 1.1.0 introduces a new feature for all Basic Edition users - the score is viewable online only. The Advanced and Professional Editions also show the results in the offline mode as normal. This new feature will enable new users to instantly get an analysis of their system, and to easily compare their results to others. The new online service "Result Analyzer" is one of the key elements of the next generation of benchmarks from Futuremark.

Important Notes:

• 3DMark06 Build 1.1.0 is the only supported version of 3DMark06. The Online ResultBrowser doesn't allow any submissions from any of the previous versions of 3DMark06.
• 3DMark06 Build 1.1.0 is available both as a patch and as a full installation.
• Your current registration codes for 3DMark06 works for Build 1.1.0 as well.
