Futuremark is pleased to announce the release of a new version of PCMark®05 - Build 1.2.0!

Available immediately, this free downloadable software patch provides the only valid version (1.2.0) of PCMark05. Only scores obtained through the new version 1.2.0 and with approved drivers will be used in official statistics, comparisons and services provided by Futuremark.

Futuremark encourages everyone to download the latest build (1.2.0) to ensure comparable PCMark05 results. Please check your PCMark05 version. It can be viewed from the righ mouse button menu "about".

New feature for the Basic Edition (Free)

PCMark05 Build 1.2.0 introduces a new feature for all Basic Edition users - the score is viewable online only. The Advanced and Professional Editions also show the results in the offline mode as normal. This new feature will enable new users to instantly get an analysis of their system, and to easily compare their results to others. The new online service "Result Analyzer" is one of the key elements of the next generation of benchmarks from Futuremark.

Important Notes:

• PCMark05 Build 1.2.0 is the only supported version of PCMark05. The Online ResultBrowser doesn't allow any submissions from any of the previous versions of PCMark05.
• PCMark05 Build 1.2.0 is available both as a patch and as a full installation.
• Your current registration codes for PCMark05 works for Build 1.2.0 as well.
