  • I am unable to log in!

    If you haven't used before, you must create an account. The easiest way to do this is to run 3DMark or PCMark and after the tests are complete, click to view your result on On the result page you can create a new account either by entering email address and password or by signing in using Google, Facebook or Steam login. Alternatively, if you just want to create a new account, you can do so here.

    When logging in later on, please remember that the email and password are case-sensitive, so type them exactly the same way as you did when registering. If you're still unable to log in, make sure that your browser has cookies enabled, clear all browser caches and delete old cookies from from your browser.

  • I have forgotten my password!

    You can request a password reset to your email address,

  • I have forgotten my password and I no longer have access to the email account I used!

    In this case, contact Futuremark Support and include details about your 3DMark/PCMark license keys (if applicable) and we will assist in recovering your account. Use the "Post Privately" option in the support form.

  • When I try to view a result on after a benchmark run, I get an error from the benchmark indicating connection failure.

    For some reason our server is not receiving your result. Your connection to our web site might be down or our server might be temporarily unavailable. If your regular web browser can not connect to, the problem is likely to be with your internet connection. If the connection works, our server might be busy or under maintenance - please try again later and if the problem persists, contact Futuremark Support.

  • My system configuration (chipset/processor/video card etc.) is shown incorrectly.

    We strive to ensure that all PC hardware is recognized by but we are fully aware that there are so many different models out there that the database is probably never going to be fully comprehensive as new models are constantly entering the market. Still, we will happily fix any detection issues - just let us know by contacting Futuremark Support. Include a link to your result on if possible.

  • The computer where I run the benchmark has no internet connection - how can I upload my results?

    Free Basic Edition requires network connection for viewing and uploading the results. Advanced Edition includes the option to save the result to a file for upload from another PC. After running the benchmark, you can save the results to a file by selecting "Save" when the run is complete. You can then transfer this file to any computer that has internet connection and the same version of 3DMark/PCMark installed, and either loading the result or selecting "Submit Saved Results". Depending on the exact benchmark, this can be found either by right clicking on the main UI or as an option on the Result tab. Select the file you saved, and your results are uploaded.
