Graphics Software Engineer - 3DMark

Based in Espoo, Finland | Posted March 16, 2015

We are looking for a talented developer to join our 3DMark team in a full-time, permanent position.

PCs are on the verge of a generational leap to 4k gaming. VR looks set to be the "next big thing". Mobile devices are increasing in power at an incredible rate. But cutting through marketing hype and confusing specs to find the best hardware is almost impossible.

Are you an exceptional software developer who could solve this problem?

We make 3DMark and PCMark, the world's most widely used benchmarks. Our software helps people compare the devices they rely on every day.

Thanks to our partnerships with AMD, Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other world-class companies you will be working at the leading edge of technology. Your first task will be to help our industry partners by developing new GPU stress testing features for 3DMark, our flagship product.

We work in small, self-managed teams that control their own time. You'll enjoy a great deal of autonomy and responsibility while making a significant and visible contribution to our software and online services.

You've been a professional programmer for three or more years. You get a thrill from turning lines of code into working software. And whatever you're working on, you love the process of building the big picture, piece by piece.

You must be hungry to seek out new and interesting things. You love to share your knowledge to inspire those around you. You enjoy tackling new languages and platforms and adapt quickly when a problem calls for new skills.

What else? Well, you should have an M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field and good written and spoken English. An understanding of modern GPU technology and 3D graphics programming will put you ahead of other candidates.

You'll work with equally talented programmers, artists, designers and engineers in an environment that's friendly and casual. We have height-adjustable, standing desks, a gym for working out and in-house massage for winding down.

This is a rare chance to join a successful Finnish company that is respected around the world. Our benchmarks are used by millions of people, hundreds of reviewers, and many of the world's leading technology companies.

Apply now and help make choosing the best technology easier for everyone.
